This is my first year as a classroom teacher. I am currently teaching 6^th grade mathematics on Team B. This is my 17^th year in the district, for which I held the positions of teaching assistant, Special Education Inclusion Teacher, and RTI. Before starting full time in the district, I was a substitute teacher for 8-9 years.

Not only have I been in the PSSD for many years, I have been a private tutor for about 8 years. Working one on one with students has been such a blessing. It has given me insight on misconceptions that students may have, as well as taught me how differently students learn.

When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and my cat, Molly. Going to the beach, shopping, going out to eat, and to the movies are also things that I really enjoy.
